O3 allows you to

• Post jobs for helpers or companies to help you out with
• Find jobs as self-employed via the third party
• Register your shop and reach out locally
• Find local deals as a buyer

• POST A JOB – All verified O3 users can post jobs. Depending on the category and type of the job it might get insured by the third party and the money paid as a buyer will be protected and will only be released in full to your chosen helper after the job has been marked as completed and feedback has been provided by both the buyer and helper.

• PERFORM WORK – All verified O3 users can send proposals to buyers that wants help with a job. When a buyer accepts your proposal sent as a private person and the job becomes active you will be insured by a third party for this specific job only. After you have completed the job you will be paid within 5 bank days and the tax and social costs will automatically be paid based on the personal id all handled by the third party. To be able to do this we will need all helpers to provide both their personal code number and bank account number in the step before you want to withdraw your earned money.

• REGISTER DEALS-COMPANY – If you have a company that sells products from a certain store or that provide store-based services (like hair-dressers, laser hair removal etc.), we recommend you to register a Deals-Company. This gives you the option to post time-limited local deals on products or services of your own choosing. Potential buyers will be guided to your store and also have the ability to contact you directly or book a time on their own within your posted ad.

• REGISTER EMPLOYMENT-COMPANY – If you, on the other hand, have a business that helps customers on site we recommend you to register an Employment-Company. This will unlock the ability to help buyers that have limited their jobs to company performers only.

• ADD STAFF – With a registered Employment-Company you will be able to add staff within O3 who will represent your company when you send them on jobs of you or your chosen coordinators choosing. You will also be able to send more than 1 staff member on jobs where you or a coordinator will take over and be responsible for both the chosen staff members and the contact with the buyer until the job has been completed.
